Young Family's "High-Yah!" Smoothie for Fighting Colds

We are finally kickin' the cold OUT of our house!


Lots of antioxidants are helpful and a great way to get 'em is through a smoothie.
I created a yummy and healthy smoothie that our family loves :)

Here's what you'll need:

1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup (or giant handful) of fresh spinach
1 banana (small to medium size)
A handful of fresh strawberries (or frozen will do!)
1/2 cup Pomegranate Limeade (got mine from Trader Joe's)

Throw them all together and blend!
Super easy!!

If your kid (or spouse) is a picky eater, you can't taste the spinach... just berry goodness!

We're drinking to good health! :)
